August 2017 Menu Roundup

Here's a few Aussie lamb dishes we spotted on menus and social media that had our mouths watering.

Flip Burger - Atlanta, GA (pictured right)

Made out of high-quality Australian lamb on top of a buttered burger bun, topped with arugula, tzatziki sauce , cucumber ribbons, citrus vinaigrette, olive mint relish, and feta cheese!

Because sometimes things are classic for a reason. Aussie Lamb Rack with wild mushroom risotto, sautéed spinach, rosemary demi.

Siren - Washington D.C. 
Everything in DC seems a bit over the top these days, but the Amberjack & Australian Wagyu New York Strip "Surf & Turf" is over the top and classy. Well done!

Gwen - Los Angeles, CA (right)

Our mate Curtis Stone's been getting quite a bit of pub for his new restaurant, Gwen. Is it his celebrity, or the #Aussome Aussie meats in the butcher shop and on the menu? Australian Blackmore wagyu beef is on the menu. 

Oak - Dallas, Texas 

The plate presentation on this is outstanding. We can imagine how good it tastes! Try the Australian lamb loin paired with figs, zucchini and radicchio. 

Sansei - Hawaii 

Guaranteed there's no whining at Sansei Seafood Restaurant in Hawaii during this winemaker dinner, pairing Relic Winery's Bordeaux blend with slow-roasted Australian lamb belly done up with cumin aioli, Nalo Farms baby arugula, Ho Farms cherry tomato confit, herb roasted fingerling potatoes.
